Legal ManagerJob Location : Abu DhabiRequirements:?Law degree (LLB or JD) from an internationally reputable university?Admission to practice in the UAE, UK, USA or Australia?Minimum of 6-12 years of progressively responsible experience in contract management, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.?Experience in a multinational organization is a plus.Knowledge:?Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial agreements, and legal frameworks, with a proven track record in contract drafting, negotiation and risk assessment.?Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the healthcare sector and a demonstrated ability to ensure contractual compliance with legal and ethical standards.?Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the business and its operations, with a preference for experience in the healthcare sector (healthcare experience not mandatory).?Exhibits a good understanding of the areas of laws and regulations that underpin the healthcare sector.?Strong knowledge of the UAE?s federal and Emirate laws, regulations and legal reporting standards.Skills:?Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a critical part of this role.
