?Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal agreements.?Ensure that all legal agreements are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.?Review and advise on legal issues related to procurement, IT, and finance matters.?Conduct legal due diligence on vendors, partners, and third-party contractors.?Provide legal advice to other departments as needed.?Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure legal risks are identified and managed effectively.?Develop and maintain standard templates for legal contracts, MOUs, and NDAs.?Keep abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise on any necessary changes to policies and procedures.?Manage external legal counsel as needed.
