You will hold a Degree in Real Estate, Business or Marketing Management and have a minimum of 5 years professional experience working in a similar role for a luxury mall. You will have an understanding of the GCC retail markets and trends, as well as tenant mixing and zoning. You will have a strong business acumen and excellent knowledge of leasing commercial facilities within a mall context, such as high-end fashion and food and beverage. Candidates outside of the GCC will be considered, but must possess GCC experience in the past two years.
