Electrical Design and Site Supervision:Execute electrical design and perform relevant calculations for services such as electrical and/or low current systems.Provide on-site supervision to ensure the proper implementation of electrical systems.Design and Documentation:Prepare detailed design layouts, schematics, sections, and coordination drawings.Supervision and Quality Assurance:Supervise draughtsmen, ensuring adherence to company standards through thorough review, correction, and guideline implementation.Authorities Liaison:Establish and maintain effective communication with authorities for the submission and approval of necessary documents.Review and Approval Processes:Review and approve/comment on shop drawings, coordination drawings, method statements, and material submittals.Collaboration and Teamwork:Collaborate with team members, including site supervisors, foremen, and inspectors, to achieve project targets within agreed timelines, including subcontracting activities.Client and Stakeholder Engagement:Address and resolve complexities with client representatives, sub-consultants, manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, and suppliers.Project Specification Development:Develop project specifications in collaboration with different disciplines, whether in-house, contractors, or client-side.On-Site Inspections and Surveys:Travel to various sites for physical inspections and site surveys as required.Documentation Management:Prepare and maintain project documents according to agreed deliverables, including correspondence, meeting minutes, and notes.Task Allocation and Follow-up:Allocate and distribute tasks within the team, ensuring quality through thorough checking of produced works.Cost-Effective Solutions:Provide advice on cost-effective equipment modifications to enhance safety, reliability, and throughput.Process Flow and Procedure Development:Develop process flows and procedures for the department using research, analytical, conceptual, and planning skills.Continuous Learning and Training:Attend or acquire necessary technical training related to /Revit Modeling.Stay updated on modern practices and master their implementation according to company requirements.Departmental Support:Support the department in technical interviews and contribute to the upgrading of the mechanical engineering department based on emerging resource requirements.Flexibility in Deployment:Be flexible regarding deployment to any of the Emirates and potential assignment to different departments as operational requirements dictate.
