HSE OfficerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Ensure that Personnel H2S Gas Monitor and Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) / EEBA are available on site before work is done in critical areas.?Directing and coordination of safety meetings, Champaigns (Banned Tools, Electrical safety,?Heat stress, Grinder Safety etc), Site Inductions, Tool Box Talk, and Emergency Mock Drills.?Monitoring of site safe and unsafe act / conditions at all times.?Carrying out of hazard identifications and taking mitigation actions.?Inspection of safety equipment (Noise meter & Lux meter).?Use of suitable Personal Protective Equipment onsite at all times.?Follow EPTW system on site.?To Prepare of HSE and fire safety plans, preparing safety equipment requirements for whole?Project, and on daily basis depending on site observations and nature of work/client requirement?To Ensure the Safe System of Work by Risk Assessment (TRA, ARA, HIRA) preparation as per project activities?To Monitor the validity of certification of equipment and operator licenseJob Details :?B. SC or diploma from a reputed university/institution in relevant engineering or equivalent?With 10 years minimum experience in Oil & Gas production and processing, petrochemicals and other hydrocarbon related projects.?Offshore experience in live plants is a must?Gulf and PMC experience is preferable
