HR OfficerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :?Establish a strong rapport with the HR Manager to develop a talent management strategy to fill all vacancies in a timely manner.?Ensure clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities and practical constraints.?Coordinate with Department Managers for hiring requisitions.?Work with the HR Manager to develop job descriptions and announcements.?Job descriptions need to reflect responsibilities and qualifications that are appropriate for the title of the position.?Post advertisements on job boards sources or to company listed recruitment agencies.?Screen/review applications evaluating such factors as job experience, education, training, skills?knowledge, ability and develop a short list of potential candidates to forward to the Department?Managers for technical interview.?Facilitate applicant interviews with Department Managers, HR Manager, CEO etc. (in personand/or via online).?Manage candidate interview results and selection decisions with Department Managers, HRManager and CEO.?Provide candidates feedback on interview results.Job Details :?Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any other related course?Knowledgeable with HR Functions (Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Appraisal etc.)?Understanding of labor law and disciplinary procedures?Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment?Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
