HR ExecutiveJob Location : UAE:?Assist Planning and designing employees benefit packages.?Maintaining a detailed record of the companys employees.?Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.?Involve in monitoring all the departments budgets.?Supervising the daytoday operations of the Human Resources department.?Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.?Assist in creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.?Overseeing the employees termination process.?Counseling employees as and when required.?Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.?Organizing events and conferences for the employees.?Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.?Maintaining and recording employee attendance.?Adhering to all the companys rules and regulations.Requirements and skills :?Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field?Proven working experience as HR Executive for at least 4 years?Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics?Knowledge of HR systems and databases?Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills?Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company?knowledgeable of labor law and HR best practices?Arabic Nationality preferred
