Qualifications:-Open to Arabic nationals-45 years old and below-With relevant bachelors degree or post graduate certification is a plus-With at least 10 years experience in the field of vocational training and talent development-Solid experience in managing and implementing technical and vocational education training projects-Previous experience in working with private and government sector on vocation training-Previous experience in coordination with certifying authorities on vocational trainings-Specific experience in working with training course development and/or labour market analysis will be a distinct advantage-Open-minded and creative with strong leadership, people & networking skillsexceptional communication, coordination and project management skills is an advantage
