Were searching for a Guest relations officer (female) who is responsibel for providing exceptional customer service to the guest in a Hospital . Their primary responsibility is to ensure that all guests are satisfied with their needs and receive the highest level of hospitality possible.A little taste of your day-to-day:Every day is different, but you?ll mostly be:The Guest Relations officer is the first point of contact for guests upon arrival. They greet guests, welcome them to the Hospital and check them in.The GRF is responsible for resolving any guest complaints that arise during their Visit. They listen to the guests concerns and work to find a resolution that meets the guests needs.They are responsible for managing all guest services in the hospital.-Should be a female-preferably English/Arabic speaker-salary depends upon experience-Preferably Indians/Filipino/Pakistani
