We are looking for Specialists/Consultants in Gastroenterologists to provide services to one of the leading hospitals. This is a permanent/resident position in Abu Dhabi.Key Responsibilities:Study patients? medical histories, then meet with them to discuss their complaints and symptoms.Monitor ongoing progress and health of patients, changing treatment plans as circumstances dictate.Consulting with patients to understand their health concerns.Consulting with a patient?s primary doctor.Performing X-Ray, MRI, ultrasound scanning, and endoscopic procedures to inspect internal organs.Examine or supervise the examination and diagnostic testing of patients.Make diagnoses and recommend surgery or other treatments.Schedule facilities and medical staff for operations.Perform surgical and noninvasive procedures, and supervise others.Prescribe drugs and supplements.Create postoperative-care plans, and recommend lifestyle changes involving diet, exercise, and other matters.Ensure accurate and complete record-keeping.Conduct research and receive continuing education.Other duties are as assigned.Requirements:A Bachelors / Masters degree in the relevant field.3 years of minimum experience is required.Exhibit good judgment when making decisions within the area of responsibility.Well organized and good time management skills.Enjoy working in a team environment and being able to work independently.Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Be proficient in using computers.What you can expect from the employerAn attractive tax-free salary.Housing allowance or a 2 bedroom flat.A clean and hygienic environment.Working with a highly educated and professional team.Annual paid vacation.End of service gratuity.Other benefits shall be according to local labor law.
