Fit Out EstimatorJob Location : Abu DhabiRequirements :?Candidates with a Bachelor?s Degree or Diploma in a related field Civil/Architectural Engineering.?Minimum of 5 work experience in joinery / fit out in a well-established organization in a similar position at least 2 years of it in UAE.?Analyze drawings, prepare BOQ with specifications.?Prepare the estimation with detailed break up possibly using estimation models and tools.?Coordinate with subcontractors to get the price for various elements within the project.?Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.?Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposal, blueprints, specifications, and related documents?Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
