Department: Facilities ManagementJob Summary:The Facilities Supervisor Electrical is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment in a facilities management setting. This includes everything from lighting and power systems to HVAC and security systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and experience with a variety of electrical systems and equipment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:?Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical technicians and contractors?Inspect and maintain electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper operation and safety?Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems?Conduct safety inspections and training?Prepare and maintain electrical records?Manage electrical budgets and inventoryQualifications:?Diploma in Electrical Engineering?4-6 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the UAE?Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and experience with a variety of electrical systems and equipment?Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsSalary and Benefits:?AED 3500 - AED 5000 per month?Annual bonus (based on performance)?Leave travel allowance?Medical insurance?Leave entitlement?Visa
