Executive ChefJob Location : UAE:?Minimum of 1- 15 years in a large-scale Food and Beverage Establishment, preferably in a 5 star hotel / Cruise ship/ Flight kitchen?At least 3-5 years proven work experience at Executive Chef level in the Middle East?At least 3 years work experience in Oil & GAS Remote Site environment?Must have prior experience of mobilizing / start-up of large projects?Excellent knowledge of computers?Experience in communication, training and managing multi-lingual staff?Strong organizational skills, management skills in a multicultural and dynamic environment.?Forecasting skills?Aware of Industry procedures / governmental regulations etc.?Excellent Cost Control skills.?Excellent Safety and Sanitation skills?Ability to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action
