-4 year Engineering degree-15+ years experience of comprehensive experience in the security systems design or design/build field.-Full understanding of the architectural and engineering design and integration process.-Experience with and technical working knowledge of security system design including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and advanced security applications such as biometrics, video analytics and visitor management.-Working knowledge of risk assessments; electronic and physical security systems.-Strong client service oriented and ability to interact with clients, staff, and management teams.-Functional knowledge of BIM/Revit.-Able to demonstrate experience of designs on electronic security systems and platforms such as Telecom, Access control systems, Security Systems, Pedestrian control, X ray scanning, Perimeter security etc or Analytics up to a detailed design level.-Must have an understanding and design experience of security throughout the full design lifecycle and able to work to RIBA stages.-A clear technical understanding of non-electronic security systems.-Must have experience in undertaking security threat and risk assessment and security site surveys.-The ability to implement security best practice to various industry standards.-Will have experience in security design integration and assurance of installed security measures.-Must have experience in leading technical and design teams in complex and integrated projects.
