Key Responsibilities:Solar Power Systems Design:Develop detailed electrical designs for solar power projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solar power systems into existing infrastructure.Installation and Commissioning:Oversee the installation of solar power systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Conduct comprehensive commissioning tests to validate system performance and identify potential issues.Maintenance and Troubleshooting:Implement proactive maintenance strategies to optimize the performance of solar installations.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring system reliability.Estimation:Conduct thorough estimations for solar power projects, including material costs, labor, and timelines.Provide accurate and competitive project proposals based on estimations.Communication and Collaboration:Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputed university.4-8 years of proven experience in solar power systems, preferably within the UAE.Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.Specialization in solar power systems, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.Strong proficiency in estimation techniques for solar projects.Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.Proven negotiation skills and the ability to work strategically and operationally.
