Digital Marketing SpecialistJob Location : UAEDuties & Responsibilities:?In charge of executing and marketing all product listing for sale and lease on the web and online portals.?Support the Web & Portal Manager in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy through analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.?Support the Marketing Coordinator with Market Price Index as per competitors Market Analysis for Sales and Leasing.?Developing pricing strategies for lead generation for Portals.?Handling designated portals and responsible for maintaining top ranking for PSI listings.?Daily efforts with the internal listing team to provide Hot and Featured units.?Monitor PSI units all over the websites daily in terms of Photos, prices, titles, Floor Plans to ensure that the listing criteria are met.?Participate in recommending lead generation efforts for the sales and leasing teams.?Focus on generating more monthly leads and working on reports prepared for the previous month.?Monthly reviews with portal account managers, discuss reports and check any amendments in comparison with competitors and what flaws or issues we may face with portals and solutions.Education Requirements & Professional Experience:?Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.?3+ years experience as a real estate broker or 2 years experience as a marketing coordinator.?Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.?Experience with research using data analytics software.?Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.?Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.?Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns.
