Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (or similar) from a recognized university.Master Degree is preferred but not essential.Minimum of 10 years experience coupled with at least 5 years experience working in a design management position for a consultancy or design firm from inception to completion.Must have experience delivering the infrastructure on roads/highways project.Excellent understanding of Infrastructure project (underground utilities, roads etc.).Understanding of contractor requirements previous experience working for a Contractor is preferred but not essential.Familiar with processes of Design, (Space & Functional Analysis, Operators/ Client Liaison, cross-disciplinary issues/ coordination, construction interfaces, programming, cost etc.).
