Corporate Legal CounselJob Location : Abu DhabiQualifications:?Law degree (LLB or JD) from an internationally reputable university?Admission to practice in the UAE, UK, USA or Australia?Minimum of 3 and ideally 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in progressive and senior-level roles in a top-tier law firm and/or in-house experience.Knowledge:?Strong knowledge in a range of legal areas including general corporate, joint ventures, commercial, technology matters and more.?Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the M42 Group and its operations, with a preference for experience in the healthcare sector (healthcare experience not mandatory).?Understands the commercial and financial rationale generally behind a range of legal structures and decisions.?Exhibits a good understanding of the areas of laws and regulations that underpin the healthcare sector.?Strong knowledge of the UAE?s federal and Emirate laws, regulations and legal reporting standards.?Good knowledge of changing market trends, and ability to provide regular updates and insights.
