Chief AccountantJob Location : UAE:?Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.?Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.?Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow.?Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with other department and teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.?Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns.?Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.?Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations.?Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.?Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.?Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances for deferent department.?Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.?Monitor and record financial transactions according to active policies and regulations.
