Cafe ManagerJob Location : UAE:?Recruiting, training, and supervising cafe staff.?Assign responsibilities to subordinates implementing a multi-tasking principle and check their performance periodically?Preparing weekly work schedules for staff and finding suitable replacements in cases of staff absence.?Ensuring that all cafe expenses are within budget and identifying ways to decrease operational costs.?Receiving delivered cafe supplies and verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered.?Taking inventory of cafe supplies and ordering new stock as needed.?Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service.?Listen to customer preferences and make suggestions for menu items.?Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers.Job Details :?Minimum of 5 years experience at a senior management level, from a hospitality / restaurant background (UAE experience desirable)?English Speaker with Fluency in English language.?Arabic Speaker (Preferable).?Strong leadership and management skills?Strong project management, budget and time management skills.?Budget preparation, business planning and refined financial management skills.?Systematized and profitable Thinking.?Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
