Qualifications10+ Years of experience working within an architectural, engineering, construction organization.Preferably 3+ year local experience in UAE.Certificate/Degree in Engineering or Diploma in BIM/Draftsmanship from an accredited university or technical board.Proven track record of experience with BIM authoring (including Revit) and proper modeling/drafting methods and techniques.Proven thorough knowledge of BIM delivery process.Ability to explore, verify, and review BIM modelling progress based on delivery schedule.Understand the requirements of 4D and 5D and all LOD requirements.Ability to explain BIM terminologies such as: EIR, BEP, LOD, 4D, 5D, etcContractor BIM experience is desired but not essential.Proven Ability to reflect bespoke design proposals through BIM.Advanced Software skills of AutoDesk suite: Revit, Navis Works, Auto Cad.Understanding of multidisciplinary coordination through good design practice.Knowledge of design review and coordination software such as Navisworks.Working knowledge of MS Office programs.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Good communication skills with competency in English.Complete other related tasks as expected of a BIM technologist of the above-indicated capacity.
