Qualifications/Requirements:Minimum Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction ManagementIdeally 7 years experience in Design or ConstructionMinimum 5+ years experience in in modelling and drafting, either from a Consultant or Contractor Environment on Infrastructure Project(s)Possess excellent oral communication skills with an ability to form effective relationships with Project Delivery Team, Client (Appointing Party), and Contractor (Lead Appointed Party) under time pressurePossess the ability to develop analytical reports and presentationsExperience with ISO and UK BIM StandardsProficient in a range of BIM authoring, scripting, design review, coordination, simulations, and collaboration applications and/or platforms e.g. Revit, Civil 3D, Open Buildings Designer, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Navisworks, Cost X, Synchro, BIM 360, ProjectWise etc.Middle East/Gulf Countries experience preferred but not essential
