As a Beauty Advisor you will be working in the new Terminal A at Abu Dhabi International Airport. You will be part of a close-knit team, in the perfume, cosmetics, sunglasses and fashion-jewellery duty-free shops. This role offers lots of growth opportunities and career progression, for enthusiastic, passionate, and professional people.Day to day Responsibilities- Be a subject matter expert for the brand.- Deliver exceptional standards of customer service, surpassing customer expectations.- Engage with customers, providing a professional, attentive and speedy service.- Constantly drive and maximise sales; always approach and engage customers and look for opportunities to link sell, substitute sell and cross sell.- Acquire and maintain brilliant product knowledge; seek out and attend various product knowledge training opportunities that are available.- Full adherence to and participation in stock management and health and safety processes and procedures.- Maintain the highest level of visual merchandising.What youll need- Possesses a genuine passion for style and luxury brands.- 1-3 years? experience working with customers in hospitality or retail.- Second language is preferred.- A genuine desire and commitment to provide extraordinary customer service.- The ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.- The ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.- To be flexible to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.- To be committed to TRSS Values & Retail Excellence.
