Plan with F&B head on the venue layout according to the number of guests and the type of event.Determine the number of table waiters and servers required per event being hosted.Consult with the Head Chef regarding the timing of meal courses to be served.Oversee the seating of guests, the serving of meals and beverages, and the clearing of tables.Manage the availability of liquor and soft drinks, when required.Answering customers questions and accommodate their special requests.Qualifications:Open to Asian nationals40 years old and belowHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 3 years in the same role and must have experience in handling big events with 50-100 guests such school events, weddings, etc.
