Architect - Design & Authority LiaisonJob Location : UAEMandatory Requirement:?Bachelors degree in Arch or any relevant Architectural discipline. Masters preferable, not mandatory?5 years Consultant experience in designing, liaising, and dealing with the approval process for villas, buildings, infrastructure, fit out projects with the specific statutory relevant authorities/stakeholders in Abu Dhabi Emirate?Have a crystal clear understanding of Authority processes, procedures, and policies and ensure that these are adhered to during the design submission and review process?Broad technical understanding of villas, building, infrastructure and fitout project subdisciplines?Proficient in using Architectural Design software, and fluent in Abu Dhabi Authority approval Portals related to Building / Infrastructure Projects?Must have an ADM Practising Architect CardPreferable Requirement:?Technical Bid Evaluation, preferable, not mandatory?Construction Contractual writing skill with fair knowledge of FIDIC Clauses preferable, not mandatory?Ability to handle, review and respond to Contractor Submittals, RFI, SCR preferable, not mandatory?Ability to identify and address Project variation scope and change management with claim strategy, preferable, not mandatory?Ability to effectively communicate at all levels including external stakeholders?Gogetter and everpositive attitude that focuses on improving teamwork and cooperation at all times?Focused, resultoriented, great attention to detail, and eye for technical excellence?Excellent interpersonal skills, with high competency in listening and communicating?Time management ability, competence in prioritizing tasks and workload?Preferably Arabic speaking, however, not mandatory
