Our client will look to hire a fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) with an ability to demonstrate exposure and an understanding to real estate and property development both operationally and project-based. The client will require a candidate with a track record within Excel-based reporting and a capability to run scenario analysis and projection-based financial modelling. The nature of our client will require a strong, corporate and ambitious professional. Their market positioning places high demands upon their staff and all areas of skill-set shall be assessed throughout their hiring process.
