Job Summary:As an AC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the HVAC systems within our Hospital Project in the UAE. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all air conditioning systems to maintain a comfortable and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.Key Responsibilities:Supervision: Lead a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the smooth operation of the AC systems.Maintenance and Repairs: Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose AC system issues promptly, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.Inventory Management: Maintain adequate spare parts and equipment inventory to facilitate timely repairs and replacements.Compliance: Ensure that all HVAC systems and procedures adhere to local regulations, safety standards, and hospital policies.Budget Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets for AC maintenance and repair activities, and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and service history.Reporting: Provide regular reports on the status of HVAC systems, highlighting any potential issues or improvements.Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the HVAC team.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of Supervisory experience in a Hospital Project in the UAE.Hold a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical or HVAC.Proven experience in Facility Management, particularly in HVAC system supervision.In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Effective communication skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in computer applications related to HVAC systems.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED4,000.00 per month Company Profile An Engineering, Project Management, Facilities Management and Contracting firm in Abu Dhabi
