Job Description

As the Warehouse Incharge/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organizations success by overseeing all warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
  • Efficiently organizing and maintaining inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimizing carrying costs.
  • Leading and motivating a team of warehouse staff to ensure a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment.
  • Implementing and improving warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitoring and managing performance metrics, such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement and transportation, to ensure a seamless flow of goods.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities within the warehouse.
