Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company standards.
Lead and manage the preparation and submissions of bids, tenders and proposals including required coordination with the engineering team.
Conduct cost estimation, price analysis, and evaluate RFQs to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Commercial activities during contract execution such as VO negotiation, delivery, payment collection etc.
Assess and mitigate credit risks by providing insights on payments terms, guarantees, and financial stability of clients.
Promote and develop new businesses through PQ applications.
Prepare detailed reports on commercial activities, biding outcomes, and contract performance for internal stakeholders.
Make and follow-up forecast of order taking, revenue and cash flow.
Build and maintain a strong customer relationship, action as the primary point of contact for key clients.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, procurement, and engineering to ensure a smooth execution of projects.
Keep abreast with the market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to support business development.
Assist the project managers in resolving contractual issues related to site acquisition.
