Job Description
Being in charge of our internal accounting, including finalising the annual accounts and liaising with our auditors as well as with the accounting department at our parent company based in Liechtenstein;
Preparing and filing our quarterly VAT returns and our annual returns to the Federal Tax Authority (FTA);
Preparing financial accounts for some of the entities we administer and ensuring that they file the necessary returns with the FTA;
Knowledge on corporate Tax return filing for qualifying freezones.
Assisting staff members with the monthly issuance of invoices to clients.
Monitoring outstanding invoices and chasing them up with the relevant clients.
Preparing an annual budget for discussion with and approval by the directors; and
Generally, to assist colleagues however and whenever necessary with corporate administration and compliance.
