Outlet Manager - Food and BeverageLocation: Abu DhabiSalary: Market relatedOur client is an international hotel brand and award winning Guest Favourite property in Abu Dhabi.Providing over 300 rooms, 6 F&B outlets which includes a roof top terrace with swimming pool.We are looking for an outlet manager to oversee all activities within the restaurant which includes a balcony, offering Premium Drinks, Shisha and Gastronomy to their guests.Responsibilities

  • build and maintain a working environment in which staff are fully trained, supportive of each other, motivated and
competent
  • apply HR policies and programmes diligently and effectively
  • maintain the health, hygiene and professional appearance of the restaurant area and all who work in it
  • implement action plans ensuring the optimal functioning of all areas of restaurant delivery so that guests?
expectations are exceeded
  • effectively manage the restaurant?s administration including’meetings, action plans, preparation, menu planning
and costing, equipment control, bookings and budgets
  • fulfil service requirements promptly and with a positive approach
  • work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
