  • Manage creative marketing initiatives and work closely with the marketing and sales teams, as well as other key stakeholders
  • Develop strategy, vision, and concepts, design direction, and provide hands-on guidance to both internal and external teams˙˙
  • Generate ideas around innovative and effective digital communications, interface design, and interaction design
  • Inspire, mentor, and train more junior designers to create usable ideas that streamline solutions across existing and emerging platforms, setting design standards for the team and department
  • Manage the design and production of all marketing assets meant for online and offline communications channels. e.g., web banners, SoMe posts, email marketing layouts, print ads, brochures, presentations etc
