Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of housekeeping operations in our establishment. You will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and orderly for both staff and guests.Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring that all employees adhere to established policies and procedures.
  2. Plan and coordinate daily housekeeping schedules and assignments to ensure efficient and effective service.
  3. Inspect rooms, public areas, and other facilities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
  4. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate with the procurement department for replenishment.
  5. Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance procedures to meet the specific needs of our establishment.
  6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and adherence to safety protocols.
  7. Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services, and take appropriate actions to resolve any issues.
  8. Manage budgets and expenses related to housekeeping operations, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front office, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to enhance housekeeping operations.
