Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the fastest growing insurance companies in Dubai, UAE. We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Recovery Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a background in finance or accounting, and experience in recovery processes within the insurance industry. This role focuses on recovering outstanding debts, over-payments, and fraudulent claims while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.Responsibilities:- Manage the recovery of unpaid claims, over-payments, and mis-payments in a timely manner- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and claims departments, to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.- Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and potential recovery opportunities.- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of the recovery process.- Communicate with clients, policyholders, and third-party providers to resolve disputes and recover funds.- Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations, company policies, and insurance industry standards.- Prepare regular reports and updates on recovery activities and outcomes.
