Set project timeline and Monitor project deliverables
To execute activities related to, dredging and reclamation projects within deadline and budget available. Ensure high quality, safety and environmental standards.
Manage and be responsible and accountable for the day to day dredging & reclamation activities and equipment performance
Provide the Project manager with weekly progress reports and monthly budgeting, planning and financial reports
Ensure that subordinate superintendents (e.g. dredge superintendent, reclamation superintendent, etc) comply with the QHSE requirements and procedures onsite
