Job Description

  • Pre & Post incorporation services like share transfer and allotment, amending AOA, preparing resolutions, filing the statutory filings and statutory records as per the registrar.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the clients
  • Help with visa application and golden visa application.
  • Generally, to assist colleagues however and whenever necessary with corporate administration and compliance.
  • Being up to date with the UAE regulation and law and filing the mandatory compliance filings by ESR, AML report etc
