The Chief Business Development Officer will be responsible for leading the companys business development efforts, including sales, strategic planning, and market outreach. The role will involve working closely with the Board of Directors of Holding structre, General Manager of AmberSoft, and executive team to identify and pursue growth opportunities, and to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.Requirements:At least one prooven experience:- Experience in attracting investments in Startups- Experience in building commercially successful projects- Experience in IT (outsourcing services)- Experience in a CBDO position for 3 years or more- Existing partner and investor network- Experience in managing a BDM and Sales team of 5+ people.- Building an agency network.- Proven results from previous jobs (attracted investments, launched commercial projects in B2B sector).- Existence of already established network, publicity will be considered as a plus- Creativity: the ability to quickly find solutions to tasks and start the process of work.- Flexibility and adaptability: we work in a rapidly changing market.
