Job Description

Primary Purpose:?The Business Development Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the growth strategies of internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with the Business Development Manager, the incumbent will contribute to the development and execution of business expansion initiatives.Responsibilities:

  • Introduce Company Development & Consultancy Services/Special Projects/Concepts to new and existing client databases.
  • Support business development efforts, including building and maintaining the client pipeline and cross-referrals within the Real Estate sector/companies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients under the guidance of the BD Manager.
  • Conduct ongoing follow-ups on project statuses and address client inquiries effectively.
  • Assist in drafting RFP responses and handle corporate-level communication for new business agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with company stakeholders and clients.
  • Provide valuable insights into product development and competitive positioning.
  • Assist the BD Manager in creating project feasibility studies and business plans for real estate developments and special projects.
  • Analyze project financial data and contribute to the development of business proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify needs and new business opportunities.
  • Support the development of project comparison models and project USPs to aid the Sales & Marketing team in identifying the target audience.
  • Provide Business Development support for new expansion initiatives and investments.
  • Responsible for archiving and confidentiality of all BD-related documents, proposals, presentations, reports, and offers.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
