Our client is looking to hire an Associate Director - Finance (UAE National) who will play a key role in driving the finance strategy and ensuring alignment with the companys vision and objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the finance departments strategy in line with the companys overall objectives.- Provide financial expertise and guidance to leadership, ensuring business goals are met.- Lead and motivate the finance team to achieve departmental goals.- Define and optimize the departments structure for effective resource utilization.- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and suggest improvements for cost efficiency.- Manage partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs.- Maintain a comprehensive accounting system and optimize working capital.- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and IFRS standards.- Direct the integration and management of SAP Finance processes within the organization.- Implement and improve departmental policies, systems, and procedures to meet industry standards.- Provide timely and accurate financial reports to stakeholders.Requirements- Bachelors Degree in Finance or a related field (Masters degree or professional certification preferred).- 10+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role, ideally within the facilities management sector.- UAE NationalBenefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits.
