We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized a Female Accountant to join our finance team. As a General Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities:Financial Record Maintenance:
Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Month-End Close:
Assist in the month-end closing process, including preparation of journal entries and reconciliation of accounts.
Generate financial statements and reports to communicate financial results to management.
? Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits? Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted forand properly posted.? Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients? billing issues? Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients? Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable statusAudit Support:
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
Provide documentation and explanations for audit inquiries to ensure a smooth audit process.
Communication Skills:
Effective communication skills, as accountants often need to work collaboratively with team members, present financial information, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
