Assemble from drawings, b.o.m.s and assembly procedures with general supervision.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Not listed in any particular order)�

Proficient at interpreting drawings.�
Knowledge of complex hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.�
Proficient with measuring instruments, hand and power tools, and measuring devices.�
Ability to rework complete product line.�
Communicates effectively with Production, Engineering and Test departments.�
Familiar with Operational Excellence Process Standards and Improvement.�
Contribute and assist in Lean and Kaizen implementation�
Ability to assemble complete product line with minimal support.�
Ability to mentor junior personnel and assist in coordination of mentor assignments�
Performs final inspection of all assemblies and documentations, when required.�
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.�
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.�
Understand and comply with all safety and environmental requirements and company policies of Weatherford.�
Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and company with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
