Ensure all repair and maintenance is perform within KPI and quality of repairs
Make sure all repairs and maintenance are done Fix at The Right First-Time concept
Ensure all incoming vehicles are captured in workshop maintenance system job card on time opening and closing job card file in the correct locations.
Ensuring that the service area is well-organized and clean.
Safety standards are met as per company guideline / process
Ensure all paperwork, documentation and repair requisitions are completed accurately

Objective: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

Satisfy customer requirements by identifying repair and maintenance accurately
Answer customer queries regarding technical issue in a manner that is easily understood
Approach every situation with a desire to understand and deliver
Listen effectively and communicate clearly
Use contact with the customer to build a relationship
