  • The candidate should have 3-5 years of proven experience in events or hospitality
  • Location: Abu Dhabi (the main office is in Dubai)
  • Non-negotiable skills: English, experiences in event
- Main missions: Wedding Planner
  • What youll do: Prepare the coming weddings (booking the court, confirming documents), attend the weddings at the Abu Dhabi civil court, and prepare the extra services (dinner, boat party, picnic, surprises, ceremonies...
  • How to know if youre a good fit?Do you find it easy to communicate with people and are customer-oriented and promote networking and socialising? - Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Confirm booking from our sales teams;
  • Prepare documents;
  • Proceed with booking & payments;
  • Discuss with the couples to prepare for their weddings;
  • Offer extra services based on their requests & budgets;
  • Organize mid-size events (2 to 20 people);
  • Maintain networks of suppliers;
  • Work mainly alone (the rest of the team is in Dubai & Georgia);
  • Commute regularly (within Abu Dhabi and to Dubai)
- Ideal candidate
  • Bachelors degree in hospitality or event management
  • Work experience in events or customer support not less than 3 years at a mid-level;
  • Having knowledge and skills in active event management:
  • Certificates in hospitality will be preferred;
  • Good communication skills with English proficiency;
  • Experience in customer relationship management;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Creativity and team spirit, attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • Speaking French or another language is an advantage;
  • Extroverted ones with strong verbal and written communication skills;
