Prepare hot and cold drinks consistent with andiamo! standard drink recipes;
Clean and sterilize glasses, utensils, and bar equipment;
Take beverage orders from serving staff;
Mix ingredients, such as soda, water, juices and sugar, to prepare mocktails or other drinks;
Slice and pit fruit, and prepare other garnishes for drinks;
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar / counter, including sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas;
Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies;
Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the restaurant supervisor;
Attend all pre-shift meetings and offers suggestions for improvement;
Coordinate with and assist fellow staff to meet customer?s needs and support the operation of the restaurant;
Fill-in for fellow staff where needed to ensure customer service standards and efficient operations;
