Job Title: Kitchen Helper / WaiterLocation: Abu Dhabi - airport roadJob Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper / Waiter to assist in the preparation, presentation, and serving of meals while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining area. This role requires a flexible individual who can handle both kitchen assistance and front-of-house service duties, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.Key ResponsibilitiesKitchen Helper Duties

  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients (e.g., washing, peeling, chopping vegetables).
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
  • Ensure timely disposal of waste and maintenance of cleanliness standards in the kitchen area.
  • Stock inventory and report shortages to kitchen management.
  • Assist in food plating and preparation as instructed by the chef or kitchen supervisor.
Waiter Duties
  • Greet guests, present menus, and take orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, handle special requests, and address any concerns.
  • Clear and reset tables after guests leave.
  • Process payments and assist with billing when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service skills with a polite and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long hours and handle kitchen equipment safely.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
