  • Welcome customers as they enter the cafe, assist them in finding suitable seating, and provide menus.
  • Listen attentively to customer orders, answer questions about the menu, and provide recommendations if requested.
  • Deliver orders accurately and promptly to the tables, ensuring that food and drinks are presented attractively and at the correct temperature.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on their needs during their meal and promptly addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Present bills to customers, process payments, and return change or receipts as necessary. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
