A new Restaurant in Jumeirah is looking for the following position: WAITER CUM CASHIER ? Greet Guests and build rapport by asking questions and initiating conversation. Offer suggestions by using suggestive selling techniques (daily specials, entrees, desserts, etc.)? Take customers? order and accept payments ? Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems? Serve food and/or beverages to patrons; prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required.? Pre-bus and maintain table and ensure to follow the established table service procedures. Stock service area with supplies such as utensils, bags, condiments, to-go containers.? Ensure the seating areas are clean and run in an orderly fashion.? Assist other staff as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. DISHWASHER/CLEANER/KITCHEN HELPER? Responsible for washing dishes, utensils and cutlery? Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organized at all times.? Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.? Adhere to all sanitation guidelines. Collects & Removes trash from all areas of the operation. Clean, sanitize and close workstations.? Wash, Wipe, Sort, stack and store all cleaned items in an organized and safe manner.? Assist the Cooks as and when necessary.? Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the chef.
