MONTHLY SALARY RANGE : AED 8,500/- TO 11,500/- (AS PER INTERVIEW & EXPERIENCE)JOB LOCATION: UAEINDUSTRY TYPE: TELECOMMUNICATIONS.The cloud Video Surveillance as a Service (VSaaS) Specialist is responsible for the troubleshooting and configuration of the cloud VMS and the associated devices across cloud VSaaS system. This includes but is not limited to:? Cloud configuration of NVRs and Cameras.? Cloud configuration and addition of NVRs/cameras over DYNDNS and/or P2P systems.? Network/Router configuration for VSaaS connectivity. ? Port configuration/ Port forwarding.? Video Analytics configuration and management.? Identification and troubleshooting of hardware/ software/ Platform issues and coordination with Vendors and backend teams to fix.? Manage the short term and long term operational performance of the VMS and its supporting devices (e. g. cameras and storage). ? Act as system administrator of the VMS. ? Work with system vendors (e. g. cameras, storage) to understand and provide input into the product roadmap so that its functionality best meets short and long term needs. ? Generate reports as necessary to support the VSaaS product Manager and the customer and the business objectives in general. ? Work to optimize use of network bandwidth and storage while meeting operational requirements. Provide input into camera location and ability of camera images to meet operational requirements.
