VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator position based in the UAE- Immediate joining requiredThe ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining vertical machining center machines to produce high-quality precision components as per engineering drawings and production schedules.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor VMC machines (e.g., Fanuc, , or similar CNC controls)Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD filesSet up tools, fixtures, and materials on the machineAdjust machine settings and perform offsets, tool changes, and edits as neededConduct first-off inspections and in-process checks using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, vernier calipers)Ensure that all machined components meet quality and dimensional standardsPerform routine machine maintenance and report mechanical issuesMaintain a clean and safe working environment following HSE standardsWork closely with engineers and quality inspectors to resolve issuesRequirements:Proven experience (3+ years) as a VMC/CNC operator in a manufacturing environmentAbility to read engineering drawings and use measuring instrumentsExperience with G-code and CNC programming editsFamiliar with ISO and quality control standardsGood understanding of materials like aluminum, stainless steel, and cast ironFlexibility to work shifts and overtime when requiredApplicants must be currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately, or able to enter on a visit visa for trial.Only candidates with proven experience in seal making and manual lathe machine operation will be considered.[update cv in your account with required details and apply online]
