Job Description

Video Editor & Photo RetoucherJob Title: Video Editor & Photo RetoucherLocation: Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesType: Full-timeResponsibilities:

  1. Video Editing:
  • Cut and arrange video clips to achieve the desired outcome.
  • Enhance video quality by adjusting color, lighting, and contrast.
  • Add visual effects, graphics, and motion graphics as needed.
  • Synchronize and fine-tune audio with the video, adding sound effects and music.
  • Review and refine the video based on team or client feedback.
  1. Photo Retouching:
  • Process images using photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop.
  • Correct colors, remove imperfections, and clean backgrounds to improve image quality.
  • Enhance image details such as eyes, skin, and hair to achieve a professional result.
  • Prepare images for use in advertising campaigns, websites, and printed materials.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment with the brands visual identity.
  1. Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Work closely with designers, photographers, and the marketing team to achieve the desired vision.
  • Provide creative ideas and suggestions to improve visual content.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the required specifications.
  1. File Management:
  • Organize and store video and image files to ensure easy access and future use.
  • Archive completed projects systematically to maintain backup copies.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing and photo retouching.
  • Advanced skills in video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Good knowledge of modern editing techniques, color correction, and applying visual effects.
  • Familiarity with photography basics and an understanding of image enhancement techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team.
  • Awareness of the latest trends and developments in the digital media industry.
